dreams huatulco exceeded my expectations during this budget stay in huatulco. the staff was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the beachfront bar was amazing. the restaurant staff, especially felipe and edie, provided excellent service. overall, a fantastic experience.

Check-in process was disorganized.

The location of this hotel is just perfect, right on the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning view of the mountains. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the kids' club. The staff there were incredibly caring and truly made my children's stay memorable. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. But what really stood out for me was the staff. They were amazing and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Antonio Hitalde, Rogelio Valle and Edgar, among other waitresses, were particularly professional and knew how to deliver great customer service.

The staff were attentive and treated us well, especially Eddie, Hanum, Miguel, and Angel. The location was beautiful, right on Bahia Tangolunda. The food from different cuisines was amazing. The spa and hydrotherapy were enjoyable. The all-inclusive option made it easy to forget about money.

The location of this resort is fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful beach and the Himitsu restaurant. The customer service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast options are delicious and there is a great variety of food to choose from. The facilities, including the pools and beach activities, provide plenty of entertainment for guests.

One downside is that the food selection can be somewhat lacking in flavor and variety.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated on a sheltered bay, which is shared by only a few other resorts. This makes it a quiet and peaceful destination for a relaxing vacation. Additionally, it is conveniently located just 25 minutes away from the airport, making it easily accessible for travelers. You can also find a cozy cafe right across the road from the hotel, offering a pleasant spot to enjoy a coffee or a light meal.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the small size of the preferred customer upgrade lounge. It can get crowded as everyone uses it, making it less enjoyable and defeating the purpose of the upgrade.

dreams huatulco made our stay unforgettable. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. the amazing service, free special dinner, and attentive poolside server made us love our time here even more than our previous stay in huatulco.

We had an amazing time at our favorite destination. The wait staff at Dreams in Huatulco were incredibly friendly and remembered us each time we visited. The captain at the Japanese restaurant welcomed us back like old friends. The three infinity pools offered stunning views, especially from the beach bar where we watched the sunset. we highly recommend this hotel for a safe and enjoyable vacation experience.

We had a fantastic time at Dreams Huatulco Resort & Spa. Our stay was for a week, and we were extremely pleased with everything. The location of our room was perfect, close to the beach and pool. The staff at El Patio, especially our waiter Felipe, were incredibly attentive and made our evenings enjoyable. The beachfront bar was amazing, and Edie, the waiter and bartender, provided top-notch service. The beach was beautiful and the pool was pristine. The staff throughout the hotel were kind and accommodating. We also appreciated the management's understanding and flexibility when our flight was canceled and they allowed us to stay an extra night at the same rate. They even sent champagne and a fruit basket to our room to make up for a mistake at the front desk. this hotel is a great value for the money, and we will definitely consider staying at an adults-only resort next time.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The luxurious amenities truly made our stay unforgettable. The spa & wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were all top-notch and we found the sun terrace to be the perfect place to relax. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from at the buffet breakfast, as well as the restaurant buffet and snack bar.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the entertainment - we were hoping for more live shows or activities in the evening, but this was only a small disappointment in comparison to the overall experience. The service was exceptional with friendly staff always willing to go out of their way to accommodate us.

The complimentary ocean activities were great and made our trip more affordable. We also appreciated the beautiful beach and pool area.
